1. Return Policy
- Aap product receive karne ke 7 din ke andar return request kar sakte hain
- Product unused, original packaging ke sath hona chahiye
- Damage ya defect ki surat mein proof (image/video) dena zaroori hoga
2. Non-Returnable Items
Kuch items return nahi kiye ja sakte:
- Used products
- Personal care items
- Clearance / sale items
3. Refund Policy
- Agar product defective ya galat deliver hua ho, to full refund diya jayega
- Refund process 5–7 working days le sakta hai
- Refund aapke original payment method ya bank transfer ke zariye diya jayega
4. Exchange Policy
- Aap defective ya damaged product ko exchange bhi kar sakte hain
- Exchange same product ke liye hi hoga (availability ke mutabiq)
5. Return Shipping
- Agar mistake Laqak Mart ki ho (wrong/damaged item), to shipping free hogi
- Agar customer change of mind ho, to return shipping cost customer pay karega
6. Order Cancellation
- Order dispatch hone se pehle cancel kiya ja sakta hai
- Dispatch ke baad cancellation accept nahi hogi
